Medical Coding and Billing NC II is one of courses offered by the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority, a training course that will guide you to learn proper assigning certain diagnostic code with the usage of ICD-9 or also known as International Classification of Diseases, 9th Revision and usage of CPT manuals, this also related in billing and reimbursement process.
Some core competencies you will learn while enrolled in the program are, proper application of quality standards, Basic Personal Computer usage/ literacy, proper medical codes assigning techniques, proper medical claim management and process.
Course duration (Training time that will be consumed): Medical Coding and Billing NCII takes 196 hours to finish.
